Wave Energy Converter and Smart Subsea Hub Installed

Finnish wave energy developer Wello Oy launched the next iteration of their Penguin wave energy converter (WEC) into the water in Tallinn, Estonia as part of the CEFOW (Clean Energy From Ocean Waves) project.
