TDI-Brooks has hired Richard Byno III, PMP, to lead vessel operations and activities as the director of marine operations.

He has served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was a member of a Marine Special Operations Command team, for which he performed airborne and combat dive operations, air reconnaissance, and direct action in Iraq, Afghanistan and northern Africa. After the Marine Corps, he served in the federal government.

Byno brings more than 17 years of critical operations experience to the TDI management team. Most recently, he worked at the Department Of Defense, where he served as a high-level strategic senior military adviser providing guidance to the Department of Defense, intelligence community and Executive Branch.
