Winchester Interconnect of Norwalk, Connecticut, a global provider of interconnect solutions, has completed the acquisition of Falmat Custom Cable Technologies of San Marcos, California.

Falmat specializes in the design and manufacturing of ruggedized cables for a variety of land and sea applications.

This acquisition increases Winchester’s existing product offering and complements its cable assemblies as well as its manufacturing capabilities in the marine and oil and gas markets.

Falmat will maintain its current location, personnel and cable products while continuing to serve its customers around the globe.
