The summit of an underwater mountain, higher than Mount Kosciuszko, has been mapped for the first time by RSV Nuyina. The seamount had been identified from satellites on the edge of the Furious Fifties; the area in the Southern Ocean between 50 degrees and 60 degrees latitude.
