More Rain to Come as Hurricane Harvey Returns to Land
The fourth largest city in the U.S., Houston, Texas is experiencing disastrous rains from category 4 hurricane Harvey, which made landfall Friday Aug. 25, stalled over the city, and has poured unprecedented amounts of rain throughout the weekend. With over 40 inches of rain in some areas, the total could rise to more than 50 inches before the storm subsides.
