The 15th Annual International Ocean Film Festival (IOFF) is now accepting film submissions. IOFF is the biggest festival of its kind in North America, featuring dozens of ocean-themed films by independent filmmakers from around the world. ‘Chasing Coral’ Doc

“Chasing Coral” will debut on Netflix and in theaters in New York and L.A. July 14. This doc by Jeff Orlowski, which was included in the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, captures the effort to invent a time-lapse camera to show the process of coral bleaching. Learn more about the film here.

‘The Penguin Counters’ NYC Premiere

The Crowd & The Cloud–Citizen Science Documentary Series

Citizen science is growing as smartphones, computers and mobile technology are enabling regular folks to help scientists advance knowledge.
