Marcia Kull has been named president of Torqeedo Group Inc. and will direct global sales and strategy for the electric marine propulsion company. She will oversee growth activities in the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.

Bill Eastwood has been appointed business manager for the Shakespeare Marine Electronics product line of Jarden Applied Materials. He is responsible for the global sales and marketing of Shakespeare antennas and accessories, as well as increasing market share.

John Vestri has joined Riptide Autonomous Solutions with a joint appointment as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He brings significant experience supporting high-growth technology companies, with a focus in manufacturing and operations.

Bibby Offshore has promoted Allan Nairn to director of diving. He joined Bibby Diving Services in 2010 as offshore project manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading all diving-related activity within the business.

Yasmin Fortuny is the new technical manager for Viega LLC’s shipbuilding and cruise business development division in Florida, Puerto Rico, Bahamas and the Caribbean.

David Mair has joined Ashtead from Hoover Ferguson Group. He will be responsible for Ashtead’s global business development activities as the firm looks to broaden its range of services and increase its geographical reach.

Greensea announced the appointment of Kevin Wingart as quality control engineer. Wingart will lead the quality control department at Greensea and be responsible for designing and implementing methods for process control and quality assurance. Greensea also announced the appointment of Morgan Gomez as engineering technician responsible for hardware integration and software configuration for several of Greensea’s customers.

OceanWorks has appointed Jonathan Fether as atmospheric diving system (ADS) product line manager. He will work closely with OceanWorks customers carrying out the training and support for the ADS, as well as find new manufacturers and source component suppliers.

Egil Kvannli is the new chief financial officer of Global Maritime, following 20 years of senior financial and management experience in the oil and gas industry. Espen Thomassen is the new regional manager for the Americas, tasked with growing the business throughout the region. Hannah Crutchley is the new group health, safety, environment and quality manager, tasked with ensuring that Global Maritime adheres to the highest standards.
